After a long night again at the emergency vet, not great news for Sophie. It's not her back as this episode didn't respond to the medication. They think it's seizures that she just isn't getting out of. Her poor heart was going at like 180 when they said the max is 200. They finally got her to respond after a couple doses of Valium and some phenobarbital. Her blood work is ok so most likely something in her brain causing these
They kept her overnight to monitor her and she came home today. Now we need to go to our normal vet and create a plan of action. Keeping her seizure free and comfortable as long as she doesn't suffer.
This fucking sucks. I want my puppies healthy and happy and with me forever.
