Back to my habit tracker in my planner. I've been slacking and not doing my daily items I should be doing. I've added some neck and shoulder exercises to hopefully help with my panic attacks.
I started this blog in 2010 when my sister encouraged me to blog a project 365. Here I am, still adding pictures. I am not a professional, I don't claim to be, this is my personal website to reflect the goings on and things that mean something to me.
