December 13:Great Service

I received new earbuds a few days ago that came with interchangeable ear pieces for different music types.   one of the pieces was broken, they were still useable, just not the Jazz earbud.   I hated to return a whole set to Amazon for one piece that was broken so I called the company to see if I could just get that one piece replaced.  They didn't have that one item so they just sent me a whole new set.   How amazing is that?!?!!   I was so impressed.   Especially since I got the Sentey Bullex on sale for 8.99.  I will be buying from them in the future for sure.
