May 12: Vet Visits

Sophie had her check up and shots today.  I almost panicked as she had a seizure after we left the vet. I turned around and rushed back.  They figured it was the stress of the visit but to watch her.  So far she seems okay but I am still a wreck about it.

May 10: Not gonna make you go to rehab

Ruth Ann is all tucked in at the rehab unit. It's much nicer then the hospital.

May 9: winner winner chicken dinner

Tried a new recipe for cheesy chicken enchilada casserole that uses cauliflower instead of a starch.  I used the bag of cauliflower rice and it was amazing.  So yummy.

May 8: oodles of zoodles

I made zucchini noodles for the first time with my Spuralizer from Dustin.  Loved it and they tasted great.

May 7: Happy Birthday

Hopefully Daniel's year gets better than his birthday day.  Spent most of the day at the hospital with Ruth Ann and then went grocery shopping.  Did get a frapp and a Birthday cake remix atCold Stone for some treats.

May 6: Eye Spy

Finally went in and got eye exams and new glasses.  Don't know why I always put it off.

Put together a mark desk storage shelf.  Getting organized.

The baby birds should be here soon.  Mama bird has been flying in and out of her nest.

Created a fun junky style bookmark.  For a first try at it, it turned out pretty cute. Very scrappy!

made a cheese taco shell for my low carb dinner.  It was yummy.

The thrift store came to pick up our couch and loveseat today.  We donated them as Friday we are getting a new couch and recliner.
