Had a great night at the Garth Brooks concert.  He always puts on an amazing show.  Enjoyed the opening performer Karen Rochelle.  And great to see Trisha Yearwood.  Wish she would have sung more.

Someone on YouTube recommended this item from Dollar Tree stating that it was pretty decent for Pad Thai.  I thought I would give it a go.  Welllllll....it has a little sweetness to it or something that does not agree with me.  Yuck.  I couldn't eat it.
