Here is the little treat corner at my desk at work.  I have my candy dish with sugar free hard candy, sugar free drink mixes, and the daily calendar that I switch when my computer is loading up.  It has been passed around the office since no one wants it.  It is cute, and I like changing the date every day.  I am a dork!

We received lots of goodies in our CSA box this week.  Sadly we broke open one of the watermelons when we were bringing it in the house.  Oh well!

Sad as it is, time to say goodbye to summer.  Our summer coffee blend is almost gone, and so is the nice warm weather.  Since September 1, we have had chilly rainy weather, no Indian summer yet.  Hopefully, it warms up a little before the winter sets in!

It is that time of year again, my nephew is doing a fundraiser for his school.  This year it is coupon books, which are so much better than the food stuff!  Yeah coupons!

I grilled corn on the cob and burgers for dinner tonight, since it rained all day yesterday as we couldn't grill.

I bought the baby blanket material to make my brother's Christmas Gift.  Hopefully, it turns out!  We will all get a laugh, and he will have a cozy warm blanket!  :-)

I forgot about a picture on Saturday, and rushed to take a picture of Mom, only to have my camera die on me.  It did take one shot, but I was just being funny and didn't focus on anything, just held it part way up and clicked. I tried!!

I bought a new book today at Barnes and Noble since I had a coupon.  It is called Murder at the Eiffel Tower.  I can't wait to read it.  It isn't available for the Nook that I could find, so I had to buy the paper book.

241/365 My Baby Likes Corn

One of the dogs, or both of the dogs have been stealing corn out of the bag under the counter.  We had to move it so they stopped getting in it.

Tonight, while making dinner, I gave them each a piece of corn and they loved it!  Here is Sophie enjoying her little piece.
